Booking terms
Clear agreements, before the first plate.
Rate
€40 per hour, excluding 21% VAT. Minimum 4 hours in Rotterdam, 6 hours outside Rotterdam. Travel costs by arrangement.
Request and confirmation
A request through this website is not yet a booking. I review every request personally and confirm or decline it by e-mail. The date is reserved for you once the deposit has been paid.
Deposit
After my confirmation you receive a link to pay a deposit of 25% of the minimum booking, including VAT (for example €48.40 for 4 hours in Rotterdam). The deposit is deducted from the final invoice.
Final invoice
After the event you receive an invoice for the actual hours worked and the agreed travel costs, minus the deposit. It is payable within 14 days.
Cancellation
- By you, up to 14 days before the date: the deposit is refunded in full. Within 14 days of the date: the deposit is not refunded.
- By me: you always receive the full deposit back.
